Forgetting Yesterday is a band from Sweden that last weekend released their debut album titled Sometimes, I Just Need Some Time. The band says that is record is about feeling overwhelmed, so, it tells stories and feelings from different perspectives.
The accompanying single to the record release is John Doe, a take on modern pop music with acoustic guitar, nice cool vocals and a softer drumbeat. This son showcase a another side of the band, who combines rock elements with subtle electronic music touches.
John Doe is the story of a boy lost in his mind, not really being able to process how to express his feelings and he affects everything around him, being left alone with regret.
