JEAN-PASCAL BOFFO RELEASES WHERE THE GOLD IS DUG (FT. FLORENT SIMON)

French guitarist and composer Jean-Pascal Boffo is one of the most important musicians in Europe with an outstanding body of work that still goes on. He has released a new single titled Where The Gold is Dug, a collaboration alongside singer-songwriter Florent Simon, the third musical work between the two. This song offers to the listener an intimate setting where to cradle emotions, and be carried away.


After a start with a folk opening, the song progresses into a choir and the presence of a piano that sets the mood for a cello from guest Kiara Egoff. This song is part of the outstanding work from Jean-Pascal Boffo who was part of some of the most important french progressive rock bands, starting later a solo career that in 1985 had the watermark of being signed to the historic prog-rock french label Musea.


Since then, ha has established himself as a musician on tremendous talent and reputation, also working at Studio Amper since 1990 working on more than 300 records in different roles, from producing to engineering. He also has collaborated with an impressive list of artists, being on constant demand, while also exploring new different sounds and ideas, from chanson française to pop music.
