JUST A RIDE HAS BRAND NEW SINGLE...SO YEAH

Friday Night Border Crossing

Grunge is still a very popular style in rock music that goes beyond borders since it's inception in Seattle in the late eighties. A lot of young musicians worldwide are amazed at the legacy that bands from that era and even from later years, so they take a lot of inspiration. A band that very enthusiastically has decided to wave that flag is UK-based grunge band Just A Ride, who have released a new single called So Yeah.

Rod Henderson (vocals), Drew Lowe (guitar), John Birchall (bass) and Alex Bailey (drums), are coming strong, fresh off their first nationwide tour and release of a debut album that has had great reviews from legendary magazines like Metal Hammer, they release a song that has a strong and defiant lyric about finding that fire inside, while being driven by sleazy guitars, fierce drums and energy of the rock of the 2000's.

This track is taken from a split EP called Undercovers alongside american band Alter Apex (who in return did a version a a song from Just A Ride), a fitting tribute to releases of the old school punk rock labels of the 80's and 90's. They have such a love for music, that they have a music podcast, so they have a lot to give back.
