Dubmaster Conte from Italy is a musician and producer who has released an album called Dub Coast Covers, an album of instrumental versions in dub tone of music by artists such as Pink Floyd (Money), Bob Marley and the Wailers (Africa Unite, Exodus), Ray Charles (Hit The Road Jack), Scott McKenzie (San Francisco -Flowers In Your Head-) and Mamas & The Papas (California Dreamin').
A music lover, he started out in a punk rock band inspired by The Clash and from there he moved into another musical frequency, listening to the great dub masters and it was then that he made the decision to experiment himself in the studio with his own remixes and sounds.
With the evolution of electronic music through artists such as Massive Attack and Aphex Twin, he began to go even deeper into working and improving his musical style, a fusion of traditional dub reggae style with new and experimental trends that have been emerging
