After their first well received first single Marina Park, Oxnard, CA band Stellar Ruins have released a new song called Opulence, a guitar-driven dream pop song with gloomy lyrics.
Christopher Yanez (voice, guitar, synths), Johnny Rivas (drums) y KC Mobley (bass) joined forces to form Stellar Ruins, with a sound that has shoegaze/dream pop elements. Their first single was a song about rediscovering inspiration and clarity in a chaotic world. Both songs will featured on the upcoming debut EP titled Abandon Inhibition, that has a release date of April 29th.
The trio has also released a video from the first song, and real soon, Opulence will have it's own. The music was recorded at The Captains Quarters Recording Studio,one of the most renewed studios in Oxnard. A fact is that this band started on the right foot with both songs, showcasing their sensibility to craft their music, sounding with poise and visualizing a great future for them.
